The Office of Crime Victim Services (OCVS) administers state-wide grant programs, offers technical assistance and reimbursements to county victim/witness assistance programs, and provides operational support to the Crime Victims Rights Board and the Wisconsin Crime Victims Council.
OCVS also provides specific information for law enforcement personnel through our webpage on WILENET (Wisconsin Law Enforcement Network). This includes the model Law Enforcement Victim Rights Notification Form in both English (PDF) and Spanish (PDF); and information about Sexual Assault Service Providers and Domestic Abuse Programs relating to Act 323. Note: This form has been updated to reflect changes during the 2013-2014 Legislative Session.
