MADISON — On Monday, January 28, 2013, special agents with the Department of Justice – Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with deputies from the Calumet County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant at the home of Keith W. Hacek, located at N9512 Cemetery Road in the Town of Brillion, Calumet County.
On Tuesday, January 29, 2013, Hacek was charged with three counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, a felony, and eleven counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a felony. An adjourned initial appearance in this case is scheduled for February 4, 2013, in Calumet County Circuit Court.
According to the Criminal Complaint, the suspect’s IP address and email account had been associated with the exchange of child pornography. According to the Criminal Complaint, on January 28, 2013, a forensic preview of a computer hard drive belonging to Hacek revealed dozens of images consistent with child pornography.
