MADISON — On Thursday, July 19, 2012, Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice -- Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), with assistance from the Saukville Police Department, executed a search warrant at the residence of Michael A. Hernandez, located at 392 South Tower Street in Saukville, WI.
According to the criminal complaint, an on-scene, forensic preview of a laptop computer belonging to Hernandez uncovered ten video files consistent with child pornography. Hernandez has been charged with 10 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a felony. An initial appearance is scheduled for October 16, 2012, at 8:45 a.m.
