FITCHBURG — Nearly 150 people registered to attend the Department of Justice's second live seminar this year on Wisconsin's Public Records and Open Meetings laws, held this morning in Fitchburg. Every year, the Department of Justice (DOJ) hosts free seminars on the Public Records and Open Meetings laws. Dozens participated in this year's first live seminar with assistant attorneys general on October 4 in Waukesha.
Attorney General Van Hollen reminds those who were unable to attend one of the live seminars to register for the upcoming webinar on October 17. To register, visit the following link:
The live webinar is scheduled from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. A webinar is an interactive audio-visual presentation viewed live over the Internet from the participant's personal computer.
