Daniel L. Lippens Arrested, Charged with Two Counts of Possession of Child Pornography
MADISON — On Friday, March 9, 2012, special agents from the Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with detectives from the Walworth County Sheriff's Office, executed a search warrant at the residence of Daniel L. Lippens, located at N5812 County Line Road in the Town of Richmond, Walworth County.
According to the Criminal Complaint, a forensic review of files from a thumb drive, seized from the residence, recovered evidence of child pornography. According to the Complaint, a special agent spoke to Lippens, who stated that he searched for child pornography “maybe out of curiosity.” Lippens has been charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a felony.
