MADISON — Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen announced today his appointment of Bonnie Cyganek as the Department's administrator for the Division of Management Services (DMS). Prior to this appointment, Ms. Cyganek served as the Department of Justice Human Resources Manager. She has held various other positions in multiple state agencies since 1984 and has a business degree from Cardinal Stritch University. Ms. Cyganek also serves as the Attorney General's designee on the Group Insurance Board.
“Bonnie was extremely valuable in her position as the Department's Human Resources Manager and brings both experience and enthusiasm to her new leadership role,” Attorney General Van Hollen said.
“I am passionate about the important work of state government and look forward to serving the public safety mission of the Department of Justice and its executive team as Management Services Administrator,” Cyganek said.
DMS provides operational support for the Department of Justice.
