Ross A. Nooyen Arrested, Charged with Two Counts of Possession of Child Pornography
MADISON — On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, Special Agents from the Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and officers from the Grand Chute Police Department executed a search warrant at the home of Ross A. Nooyen, at 1420 West Hiawatha Drive in the Town of Grand Chute, WI.
According to the Criminal Complaint, a forensic preview examination of some computer media on a laptop belonging to Nooyen revealed two sexually explicit videos of children. According to the Complaint, during an interview with special agents, Nooyen admitted to looking at “a couple of” child pornography files. Nooyen was arrested and taken to the Outagamie County Jail.
Nooyen has been charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a felony, and is scheduled for further court proceedings March 22, 2012, at 9:30 a.m.
