Paul J. Pavek, of Kimberly, Charged with eight counts of Possession of Child Pornography
MADISON — On Tuesday, June 12, 2012, Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), with assistance from the Fox Valley Metro Police Department, executed a search warrant at the residence of Paul J. Pavek, located at 113 ½ South Railroad Street in Kimberly.
According to the criminal complaint, an on-scene, forensic preview of a hard drive located at the Pavek residence revealed “many videos and pictures of known child pornography.” According to the complaint, Pavek stated to DCI agents conducting the search warrant that “there were at least 50 to 100 images or videos containing child pornography on the external hard drive.” Pavek has been charged with eight counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a felony.
