The Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and the Wauwatosa Police Department continue to investigate this crime. DCI is the lead investigative agency and is working with a person of interest. At this time, no charges have been filed. We continue to pursue multiple investigative leads. This investigation is still on-going. We continue to believe that there is no immediate threat to the general welfare of the public. As investigative developments evolve and when practical, DCI will provide further updates.
We continue to ask the public for their assistance and to contact the Wauwatosa Police Department at (414) 771- 8672 (TOSA) with any information with this investigation.
The funeral service for Officer Sebena is tentatively planned for Saturday, December 29, 2012. When the arrangements are final, we will provide you with details.
