Richard F. Kramer, Jr., of Green Bay, Charged with Six Counts of Possession of Child Pornography
MADISON — On Thursday, July 26, 2012, Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice -- Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), with assistance from the Green Bay Police Department and FBI, executed a search warrant at the residence of Richard F. Kramer, Jr., located at 1653 Western Avenue, Unit 303, in Green Bay.
According to the criminal complaint, a forensic preview of hard drives recovered from desktop computers located at the apartment uncovered approximately 20 image files consistent with child pornography and one video file consistent with child pornography. According to the complaint, in an interview with DCI agents, Kramer reported that he had downloaded child pornography for about 10 years or possibly longer. Kramer has been charged with six Counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a felony. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for August 7, 2012, at 2:30 p.m.
