Wisconsin Department of Justice Agents Partner with Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety and UW-Green Bay Office of Public Safety in ICAC Operation

Jordan S. Lefevre Arrested, Charged with Four Counts of Possession of Child Pornography

MADISON — On Tuesday, March 27, 2012, special agents from the Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with officers from the Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety, executed a search warrant at 1440 Mohican Court in Green Bay, WI, where Jordan S. Lefevre resides.

According to the Criminal Complaint, investigators secured a second search warrant for a campus apartment where they seized a lap top computer belonging to Lefevre. A forensic review of the hard drive revealed evidence of child pornography. According to the Complaint, during an interview with investigators, the defendant admitted to knowing why police were talking to him, stating to investigators that it was due to pictures of young girls.

Lefevre has been charged with four counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a felony,
