Alex N. Pepper of Walworth, Charged with Possession of Child Pornography
MADISON — On August 18, 2011, special agents from the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with members of the Village of Walworth Police Department, executed a search warrant at the home of Alexander N. Pepper, located at 115 Weber Street, Walworth, WI.
According to the criminal complaint, upon a forensic review of an item of computer media, child pornography was recovered.
Pepper was not home during the execution of the search warrant.
According to the complaint, special agents with DCI were able to locate Pepper on September 9, 2011, inside of a vehicle parked in the driveway of the home at 115 Weber Street.
Pepper was arrested and taken to the Walworth County Jail, and has been charged with one count of possession of child pornography, a Class D Felony.

A defendant enjoys the presumption of innocence. The prosecution must prove its allegations at trial beyond a reasonable doubt.
