Nicholas A. Jackson of Madison Arrested, Charged with Three Counts of Possession of Child Pornography
MADISON — On Thursday, October 13, 2011, Special Agents from the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with members of the Town of Madison Police Department executed a search warrant at the apartment of Nicholas A. Jackson, located at 2706 Pheasant Ridge Trail, in Madison, WI.
Seized as a result of the search warrant were computers, cameras and numerous items of computer media.
According to the criminal complaint, upon a review of computer hard drives located inside of the residence, child pornography was recovered, and Jackson was arrested for possession of child pornography, a felony.
Questions concerning this case should be directed to the Dane County District Attorney's Office.
A defendant enjoys the presumption of innocence. The prosecution must prove its allegations at trial beyond a reasonable doubt.
