WAUPACA – On Thursday, May 12, 2011, law enforcement officers from the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Division of Criminal Investigation and Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Patrick A. James (DOB 05/06/1952), located at E2216 King Road, Town of Farmington in Waupaca County, WI.
According to the criminal complaint, located on a computer hard drive were images of child pornography and child erotica. Seized from the residence were numerous computers and computer hard drives.
According to the complaint, law enforcement officers had initiated an investigation into child pornography downloads after the IP address at James’ residence had been identified in a United States Department of Homeland Security child pornography investigation.
James was arrested and incarcerated in Waupaca County Jail.
He has been charged with 6 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
