Christina and Scott are considered endangered, they may be in the company of their non custodial father Scott F. Mancl. They may be in the Chippewa County, Wisconsin area. Mr. Mancl is believed to be driving a 2000 Ford Taurus, 4 door, Color: Gold, Wisconsin Plate #214PWR.
