Douglas C. Casey of DePere Arrested
DEPERE – On Thursday, June 2, 2011, law enforcement officers from the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation and the DePere Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Douglas C. Casey and Kelly J. VanBrocklin, located at 1126 Terry Lane, in the City of DePere, WI. As a result, computers, computer media, and documents were located and seized.
According to the criminal complaint, a forensic preview of a laptop computer hard drive and a USB thumb drive belonging to Casey was conducted and sexually explicit images and videos of children (child pornography) were located.
Mr. Casey was arrested, without warrant, for alleged possession of child pornography offenses. Casey was transported to the Brown County Jail pending issuance of formal charges. Mr. Casey was charged with three counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
