Jonathan Michael Morgan of Necedah Arrested
NECEDAH – On Friday, December 10, 2010, Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with members of the Juneau County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at the residence of Jonathan Michael Morgan, located at W8273 22nd Street West, Necedah.
Seized as a result of the search warrant was one laptop computer, hard drives, numerous items of computer medium and miscellaneous documents. According to the criminal complaint, upon a review of some items of computer media, child pornography was recovered and Morgan was arrested for possession of child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, Morgan was subsequently interviewed, and stated that he thought he had downloaded maybe 50 files, mostly movies, of individuals under the age of 18 years old.
Mr. Morgan was arrested and charged with 9 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
