Annual Report Summarizing Case Law on Personal Information Practices of Governmental Authorities Released

MADISON – Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen today issued a summary of select case law and Attorney General opinions relating to personal information practices of governmental authorities. The summary includes case law and Attorney General opinions issued in 2010 relating to the handling of personally identifiable information in records and maintained by authorities.
