BLACK EARTH – On Monday, January 31, 2011, Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with members of the Dane County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the residence of Aaron W. Regez, located at 4941 Eissfeldt Road in Black Earth. Seized as a result of the search warrant were two laptop computers, twenty three hard drives, numerous items of computer medium, 3 digital cameras and 3 long guns.
According to the criminal complaint, upon a review of some items of computer media, child pornography was recovered and Regez was arrested for possession of child pornography.
Mr. Regez was arrested and charged with One Count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Questions concerning this case should be directed to the Dane County District Attorney’s Office. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office is a member of the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
