Monte D. Miller of Spooner Arrested, Charged with Five Counts of Possession of Child Pornography
MADISON — On December 5, 2011, at approximately 12:55 p.m., special agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), with assistance from the Washburn County Sheriff's Office and Sawyer County Sheriff's Office and the Spooner Police Department, served a search warrant at the home of Monte D. Miller, who resides at 607 Thompson Drive, Spooner, in Washburn County.
Miller has been charged with five counts of possession of child pornography, a felony.
According to the criminal complaint, an on-scene analysis of a computer hard drive seized at the residence revealed 11 videos of child pornography, including known child pornography. Miller was transported to the Washburn County Jail.
