William T. Custer of Monona Arrested, Charged with 13 Counts of
Possession of Child Pornography
MONONA — On Thursday, July 28, 2011, Special Agents from the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with members of the Monona Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence of William T. Custer, located at 5104 Arrowhead Dr, Monona, WI. Seized as a result of the search warrant were computers, numerous items of computer media, and miscellaneous documents.
According to the criminal complaint, a forensic preview by a DCI Forensic Analyst revealed numerous sexually explicit images of children.
Mr. Custer was arrested and transported to the Dane County Jail. On Tuesday, August 2, 2011, Custer was charged with 13 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
