DOJ Van Hollen Reacts to OLR's Decision to Reopen Kratz Complaint
MADISON - Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen made the following statement regarding the Office of Lawyer Regulation's decision to reopen the complaint against District Attorney Kratz:
"OLR has done the right thing. On Monday, my office asked OLR to revisit their decision concerning the conduct of DA Kratz. Today's announcement shows that OLR has listened to these concerns and is willing to give the allegations against District Attorney Kratz the attention they deserve."
