Attorney General Van Hollen Will Address Wisconsin Association of Computer Crime Investigators

MADISON – Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen will provide opening remarks at the 2010 annual convention of the Wisconsin Association of Computer Crime Investigators on Tuesday, October 12.

Following his remarks will be a presentation by Alicia and Mary Kozakiewicz. Alicia was 13 years old when she began talking with “friends” on the Internet. One “friend” ended up abducting, torturing, and raping Alicia. Alicia will talk about her abduction and rescue, and what children can do to protect themselves from the hands of an Internet predator. Alicia's mother, Mary will speak as a parent about her horrifying search for Alicia.
