Justin David Krohn from the City of Menomonie Arrested
MENOMONIE – On November 22, 2010 agents from the Eau Claire Office of the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and the Menomonie Police Department arrested Justin David Krohn after Krohn arrived at a McDonald's in the City of Menomonie to meet with someone who Krohn thought was a 15 year old girl. According to the criminal complaint, an under cover DCI agent had been chatting on line with Krohn when Krohn agreed to meet the 15 year old girl to have sexual intercourse with her.
Krohn was arrested in the parking lot of McDonald's and taken to the Dunn County Jail. According to the criminal complaint, during an interview with Krohn he admitted he was in at the Mc Donald's to meet with a 15 year old girl and to have sex with her.
Mr. Krohn was arrested and charged with Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime and Attempted Sexual Assault of a Child Under 16 Years of Age.
