Van Hollen to Speak at Badger Boys State

MADISON - Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen will serve as the keynote speaker at the Monday, June 14, 2010 evening assembly of the 69th session of Badger Boys State. The topic of Van Hollen's address will be "Building Leadership for Tomorrow." Van Hollen will also administer the oaths of office for all those elected as city mayors and appointed to the State Patrol at Badger Boys State.

Every year in June nearly 900 students from around Wisconsin form a 51st state on the campus of Ripon College and participate in the week long youth leadership summer camp. They are chosen for their leadership, academic excellence and commitment to their community and school.

The Storzer Athletic Gym is located at the west end of the Ripon College campus.
