OSHKOSH - On Friday, January 15, 2010, law enforcement officers from the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation and City of Oshkosh Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Shawn Riley, located at 723 Grove Street, Apt. A, Oshkosh, WI. This occurred subsequent to a controlled delivery of a package that was found to contain approximately 5 pounds of marijuana. As a result of the search warrant, the package was recovered, along with Riley's cellular telephone.
Riley was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver THC Second and Subsequent Offense.
