Joshua D. Yelland of Ashwaubenon Arrested
ASHWAUBENON - On Friday, January 22, 2010, law enforcement officers from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation and the Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety executed a search warrant at the residence of Joshua D. Yelland in the Village of Ashwaubenon, Brown County, WI.
Located and seized during the search were computer hard drives, compact discs, floppy diskettes, cameras, long guns, and documents.
During a search of computer hard drives, sexually explicit videos of children (child pornography) were located.
According to the criminal complaint, Yelland admitted to having downloading the videos using a peer-to-peer file sharing program.
Yelland was arrested and charged with 1 Count of Possession of Child Pornography.
