Justin David Ogdahl of Osceola Arrested
OSCEOLA – On 12-23-2010 an agent from the Eau Claire Office of the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation assisted the Polk County Sheriff's Department in executing a search warrant for the possession of child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, Justin Ogdahl was interviewed and admitted he had been viewing child pornography from his home computer. Ogdahl was arrested for a probation hold and possession of child pornography.
Ogdahl was arrested and was transported to the Polk County jail. He was charged with One Count of Possession of Child Pornography.
