Eric M McKee ICAC Criminal Complaint

GREEN BAY - On August 11, 2010, Eric M. McKee of 734 Chapel View Road, Green Bay, WI, was charged with one count of using a computer messaging system to send a 16 year-old female a message that used obscene language or suggested a lewd or lascivious act.

According to the criminal complaint, Eric M. McKee admitted to having a number of sexually explicit conversations with persons under the age of 18. On June 15, 2010, agents from the Department of Corrections—Division of Community Corrections and Wisconsin Department of Justice - Division of Criminal Investigation searched the residence of Ken W. Malvitz, where McKee was present.
