Northeast Wisconsin Marijuana Grow Operation Press Conference Scheduled

MOUNTAIN, WISCONSIN – Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen announced today that in response to today’s enforcement action Oconto County Sheriff Michael Jansen will convene a press conference tomorrow, August 12, 2010 at the Oconto County Sheriff’s Department.

Sheriff Jansen will be joined by Attorney General Van Hollen, and representatives of operation partners to include: United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the United States Forest Service.

Participants will present an overview of this open on ongoing matter at that time. Participants will answer questions.

This remains an active law enforcement operation.
