Charged With 2 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography
BLOOMER - On 03/17/2010, at approximately 4:40 p.m., Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, with assistance from the Chippewa County Sheriff's Department served a search warrant at 14967 213th Avenue, Bloomer, WI.
Law enforcement interviewed Bade at the scene. According to the criminal complaint, Bade admitted downloading and viewing pornography, including child pornography via an online software file sharing program. Bade admitted that two computer hard drives found at his residence would contain videos of child pornography.
According to the complaint, Bade also admitted that he had been downloading and viewing child pornography via the internet for approximately the past 4 years. An on-scene analysis of the computer hard drives revealed two videos of child pornography.
Bade was transported to the Chippewa County Jail pending formal charging by the Chippewa County District Attorney's Office.
Bade was charged with 2 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
