WAUSAU - On Thursday, September 3, 2009, Special Agents from the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), along with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Wausau Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Keith J. Peters located at 524 Hamilton Street, Wausau, WI.
