WAUTOMA - During October, 2008, the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation had contact with Mid State Supply in Wautoma regarding the alleged possession of child pornography by a former employee.
In December, 2008, a search warrant was executed at the resident of Steven A. Weiss, and images of child pornography were located on a thumb drive. In addition, images of child pornography had been located on the server at Mid State Supply in a subdirectory designated for Weiss.
According to the criminal complaint issued on May 13, 2009, in an interview, Weiss admitted to searching for pornography of boys at home and at work, utilizing the search terms “cute boys,” “shirtless boys,” and “real young boys.”
