Scott A. Kappus Arrested
EAU CLAIRE - On Wednesday, March 25, 2009, Wisconsin Department of Justice Special Agents with the Eau Claire Police Department arrested Scott A. Kappus at his residence as a result of material found pursuant to the execution of a search warrant at that location.
Mr. Kappus was arrested at the scene and transported to the Eau Claire County Jail pending formal charging by the Eau Claire County District Attorney's Office.
This operation was undertaken by the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigations Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Eau Claire Police Department, an active affiliate of the Task Force.
