John M. Lang of Manitowoc Arrested
MANITOWOC On July 24, 2008, law enforcement officers from the Wisconsin Department of Justice and Manitowoc County Sheriffs Department, executed a search warrant at the residence of John M. Lang, based upon information provided by the United States Department of Homeland Security-Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
