WAUKESHA - The Wisconsin Clearinghouse for Missing and Exploited Children and Adults is assisting the Waukesha Police Department in the search for Niesha Brassfield. We are distributing the attached flier which was produced by the Waukesha Police Department for your information.

On July 27, 2009 at about 11:50 a.m., Melvina M. Boswell of Waukesha abducted her natural born 8 year-old daughter, Niesha Brassfield in Waukesha. Prior to this incident, the juvenile was taken from the mother and placed into protective custody by the court. The court ordered Boswell to have no unsupervised contact with her daughter. The mother has a history of child neglect and is wanted on a probation violation. The child was forcefully taken from her caregivers and fled in a white 2003 Nissan 4 door with Illinois plate H481210.

The suspect is described as a black female, 5'3" tall, 133 pounds, black hair and brown eyes with a scar near her left eye. She also has a tattoo on her right forearm and a scar on her right arm. The missing juvenile is described as a black female, brown hair, brown eyes, 4' 7" tall, 87 pounds.
