Joseph Robert Duncan of Los Angeles, CA Arrested
EAU CLAIRE/PEWAUKEE - On July 15, 2009 Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Joseph Robert Duncan in a motel room in Pewaukee after a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
According to the criminal complaint, Duncan had been chatting with an undercover DCI agent posing at a 15 year old female who Duncan had sexually graphic conversations with. Duncan, according to the complaint, had reportedly also been sending live video of himself and made arrangements to meet the undercover agents for sex. At the time of Duncan's arrest he was chatting with the undercover agent and displaying his live video. He was taken into custody without incident.
Mr. Duncan was arrested and charged with 5 Counts of Attempting to Cause a Child Greater than 13 to View/Listen to Sexual Activity.
