Joseph disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Joseph had a steady job and left no explanation for his absence. He was last talked to via cell phone on October 16, 2008 by several people and he sounded confused. He was driving a borrowed vehicle which was found on October 17, 2008 abandoned in the parking lot of a Menards in Germantown. No family members have heard from Joseph. He did have contacts and friends in North Carolina in the past.
