OSHKOSH Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justices Division of Criminal Investigation along with law enforcement officers from the Oshkosh Police Department and Winnebago County Sheriffs Department executed a search warrant on the residence of Richard H. Juedes on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 1523 Fairlawn Street in Oshkosh, WI.
As a result, computer equipment, including computer hard drives, flash drives and miscellaneous documents were located and seized. A preview of a computer hard drive found sexually explicit videos of children. Juedes was charged with 17 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
Mr. Juedes was incarcerated in the Winnebago County Jail pending a prosecutorial review by the Winnebago County District Attorneys Office.
