Gerard R. Geraths of Prairie du Sac Arrested
PRAIRIE DU SAC - On Wednesday, February 11, 2009, Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and members of the Sauk Prairie Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Gerard Geraths, located at 225 4th Street in Prairie du Sac, WI.
A search of the premise was conducted. Seized as a result of the search warrant were a desktop computer, two laptop computers, numerous items of computer medium, a digital camera, a video camera, video tapes, ropes, chains, print media, a notebook and numerous photographs and photo albums.
Geraths was charged in Sauk County with two counts of possession of child pornography. He made his initial appearance today at 2:30 p.m.
