Theodore DeNomandie of Trevor Arrested
KENOSHA - On February 6, 2009, the Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation along with the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Theodore DeNormandie located at 28619 105th Street in Trevor, WI.
A search of the premise was conducted and computers and computer media were located. A computer forensic preview was conducted at the scene by a DCI Criminal Analyst. During this initial preview examination two child pornography videos were located. The videos consisted of prepubescent children engaged in sexual activity with each other or adults.
In an oral and written statement DeNomandie admitted to downloading, viewing, and saving the videos. DeNomandie was later arrested for Possession of Child Pornography and transported to the Kenosha County Jail.
