Dustin J. Fassett of Waukesha Arrested
PEWAUKEE - On January 30, 2009, law enforcement officers from the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation and the City of Pewaukee Police Department executed a search warrant at the home of Dustin J. Fassett, located at W225N2513 Alderwood Lane, Waukesha, WI.
During the search computers and related items to file sharing were seized. A forensic preview was conducted on scene by DCI and numerous child pornography videos were located on a computer belonging to Fassett.
Mr. Fassett was interviewed regarding the investigation and he made admissions to using P2P file sharing software and downloading and accessing child pornography videos that were found. He was subsequently arrested and transported to the Waukesha County jail.
Mr. Fassett was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography.
