RHINELANDER - On Monday, December 21, 2009, law enforcement officers from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Oneida County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Brian D. Pawelko, located at 3106 Pleasure Point Drive in Rhinelander, WI.
During a search of computer hard drives and storage devices, sexually explicit images of children (child pornography) were located.
According to the criminal complaint, Pawelko denied all involvement.
Mr. Pawelko was arrested and charged with 5 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
