JOINT STATEMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND CAROLYN KELLY REGARDING SETTLEMENT OF KELLY'S APPEAL TO WERC OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION
 

MADISON - The Department of Justice and Carolyn Kelly issued the following joint statement upon settling Ms. Kelly's action before the WERC:

"Ms. Kelly and the Wisconsin Department of Justice have agreed to resolve the charges and appeal pending before the Wisconsin ERC in accordance with the terms set forth in the attached settlement agreement."
