WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AGENTS PARTNER WITH RIVER FALLS POLICE DEPARTMENT IN INTERNET CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN OPERATION
 

River Falls Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justices Division of Criminal Investigation along with the River Falls Police Department on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 arrested Allen Christian Clausen.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2008 a search warrant was executed at the residence of Allen Christian Clausen, located at 471 N. Jefferson Street, River Falls, WI. A search was conducted and charges have been forwarded to the Pierce County District Attorneys Office.

Clausen was charged with possession of child pornography. Seized during the search were four computers found to contain child pornography.

Questions concerning this case should be directed towards the Pierce County District Attorneys office.

A defendant enjoys the presumption of innocence. The prosecution must prove its allegations at trial beyond a reasonable doubt.
