Paul C. Metzenheim of West Allis Arrested
WEST ALLIS - Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation along with the West Allis Police Department and agents from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Paul C. Metzenheim of West Allis.
On November 14, 2008 agents executed a computer and child pornography search warrant at the home of Paul C. Metzenheim located at 5700 W. Rita Drive, West Allis, WI. A search was conducted and charges have been forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
During the search computers were located and a forensic preview of the Metzenheim computer revealed approximately 10 child pornography images described as nude girls under the age of 14.
Metzenheim admitted in an oral and written statement that he accessed via pay internet sites child pornography images and would save them to his computer hard drive for later viewing.
Metzenheim was subsequently arrested.
