Attorney General Van Hollen Advises Government Accountability Board On Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Compliance
MADISON - Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen today sent a letter to the Government Accountability Board (GAB) relating to concerns over state compliance with voter registration information verification under the Help America Vote Act (HAVA).
The Attorney General also expressed his concern with the appointment process for special voter registration deputies in Milwaukee.
