Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen will present the keynote address at the ceremony, to which members of the public are invited.
Van Hollen will be joined by James R. Warren, Administrator, DOJ- Division of Criminal Investigation; Edward Krueger, Director, Criminal Justice Center for Innovation at Fox Valley Technical College; Mark Waukau, Chief, Menominee Tribal Police Department; and Kelly Langer, Supervisor, Department of Transportation.
In addition to an Awards and Recognition ceremony, a Message of Hope will be delivered by Captain Debra Davidoski of the Milwaukee Police Department. Music will be provided by Gregory Brumfield, Director, Madison's Volunteer Youth Choir, featuring Laurie Blakley, Pianist.
Child Safety Booths will be set up to assist with child identification kits, dental impressions, fingerprinting, DNA, and Internet safety information.
