Lab Manager Bio:
Kim Vonnahme was appointed as Laboratory Supervisor of the Wausau Crime Laboratory in 2010.
She began her career with the Wisconsin State Crime Laboratory at Madison in October of 1990 as a Controlled Substances analyst and transferred to the Wausau Laboratory when it opened in 1991.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Truman State University (Northeast Missouri State University).
Kim is an ISO assessor with the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board, and is a member of the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors, the Association of Forensic Quality Assurance Managers, the Midwestern Association of Forensic Scientists, and ASTM International.
