The Crime Victims Rights Board (CVRB) operates by authority of
Wis.
Stat. Chapter 950.09 to review and investigate complaints filed by victims
of crime regarding their crime victim rights.
The Wisconsin Crime Victims Council is a 15-member body appointed by
the Attorney General to act as an advisory body regarding issues that
impact victims of crime in Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Statewide Child Fatality Review Team seeks to reduce
preventable childhood deaths by gathering and analyzing data regarding child
fatalities in Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Task Force on Children in Need is a multi-disciplinary body of
child maltreatment professionals. The Task Force reviews and evaluates
investigative and judicial handling of cases of child abuse and neglect, and
makes policy and training recommendations to improve the handling of these
cases.
